Private Label Credit Card Program
A large retailer with a private label credit card’s goal is to create new revenue from their existing card holder base or Prospect List. Some of the challenges are that the client has an aggressive marketing strategy, however customer contacts for the up-sell program are limited to specific (non-peak) times of year. The client has a high number of repeat customers, so programs offered must appeal to new and repeat customers. At AEGON Direct Marketing Services, Inc.
